Fitness Foundations Grades 1-2

Spofford Pond 6 Tuesdays: 11/4, (no program 11/11 for Veterans Day), 11/18, 11/25, 12/2, 12/9, 12/16     Gr 1-2 5:00-6:00pm $200

Students get an introduction to basic fitness and functional strength, designed to build a strong foundation from the ground up.

Sessions will emphasize:

  • Balance, core stability, and coordination

  • Lower- and upper-body strength development

  • Cardiovascular conditioning

  • Structured routines paired with fun, engaging “finishers”

Each class will include a dynamic warm-up, functional strength circuits, agility and conditioning work, and a group-based game with light competition. Every session will end with a proper cool-down and guided stretching. Min5Max12

Restrictions

Participants must currently be in grades 1 to 2.
